Middle Tyger Community Center’s 3K students celebrated an early Thanksgiving lunch with their families. In addition to lunch, they received a brief lesson in Family Literacy and how they can incorporate The BASICS into the holiday season to maximize the learning potential of young children, as well as reduce challenges that can occur this time of year.
The Student Council of Abner Creek Elementary also donated goods to stock the pantry of MTCC, which was much appreciated.
We are proud to have Middle Tyger Community Center as one of our Community partners. They provide free and low cost health, education, and family support services to the community.
